Devoteam in Lisbon is seeking a Front-end Software Developer to design and develop innovative web applications, write reusable JavaScript/TypeScript code, and build modular components. You will optimize performance and security, work with RESTful APIs, HTML5/CSS3, and modern frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, or VueJS, in an Agile environment.

A Bachelor’s degree in IT and 4+ years of experience are expected. English proficiency is required; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript with >4 years of experience.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks Angular or ReactJS/VueJS.
• Good understanding of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (LESS/SASS).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SQL databases.
• Knowledge of Agile practices.
• Good level of English (B2). French is a plus.

Job Description

• Design and develop innovative web applications that draw the user’s attention;
• Write reusable, effective, and scalable JavaScript/TypeScript code;
• Build modular and reusable components and libraries;
• Test, update and optimize the application for performance and security;
• Optimizing your application for performance;
• Work independently and collaborate to identify requirements, specify designs, and deliver on a regular cadence;
• Produce product-quality code integrated with new innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent;
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript programming language (>4 years of experience);
• Have experience in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks Angular or others like ReactJ or VueJS;
• Good understanding of Typescript;
• Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3;
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS;
• Experience with RESTful API concepts;
• Experience with SQL databases ;
• Knowledge of Agile.
• Good level of English (B2 level).
• French is a plus
