Luza Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives in a hybrid work setting, with a focus on coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, quality delivery.

The role requires banking sector experience and strong stakeholder management, backed by solid knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies. Portuguese and English fluency are essential for collaboration across teams and clients.

Qualificações

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects.
• Experience in the banking sector is required.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and lead projects from definition to final delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timeline, and resources.
• Ensure functional alignment between all involved areas.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and budget.
• Ensure clear and continuous communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure proper project documentation and governance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
