The role focuses on performance optimization, testing (unit/integration), and adopting AI tooling to accelerate development while maintaining high quality and security standards.

Qualificações

• 4+ years software development experience and Backend development skills.
• Proficiency using AI tooling such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Working experience with Node.js.
• Working experience with SQL databases.
• Experience implementing REST APIs.
• Experience writing unit/integration tests.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Write clean and efficient code for web applications.
• Monitor the performance of live apps and optimize them at the code level.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, rectify bugs, and enhance application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with experience with Node.js who possesses a passion for pushing Web technologies to the limits. This Backend Developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build web applications for industrial usage. Backend development works closely with Frontend, Product, DevOps, QA, and Embedded Software teams.
