Cross Border Talents is hiring for our client's back-office team to support one of the leading legal advisory firms. As a Back-Office Specialist, you will handle document verification, case processing, and compliance-related tasks in German and English. No calls or customer interaction required!

Start Date: March 13, 2025
Contract Duration: 1 year, extendable
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts (07:00 AM - 10:00 PM), 2 days off

Your typical daily tasks will include:

• Review and process legal documents
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures
• Work collaboratively with international teams
• Maintain accurate and confidential records

Required Documents:

• EU ID or Residence Card
• Extra payment for working on public holidays and Sundays
• Performance bonus
• Meal Allowance: EUR 7.63 per working day, net, paid in a meal card

Relocation Assistance:

• Outside Portugal: Shared apartment for up to 12 months (EUR 280/month rent deducted from salary)
• Flight reimbursement (up to EUR 400 in Economy, reimbursed after 6 months)
