team.blue hub

team.blue hub is a new internal startup within the team.blue group, created to deliver a unified, intelligent experience across all team.blue brands. We’re building a small, top-tier team with complete autonomy, using AI as leverage across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results.

Role

Build and maintain the core backend systems that power the hub: authentication, notifications, integrations, and data exchange. Focus on reliability, scalability, and simplicity using modern TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, scalable services and REST APIs in TypeScript and Node.js
• Implement authentication, user management, and integration logic
• Manage data exchange between internal systems and the hub
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure on AWS
• Ensure test coverage, monitoring, and documentation

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js in a cloud-based environment
• Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch)
• Solid understanding of API design, scalability, and automation
• Skilled in AI-assisted coding and Claude Code workflows, comfortable relying on them to move faster and better
• Reliable, autonomous, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
