We are in need of a responsible and experienced Babysitter to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Babysitter you will be responsible for providing high-quality care for children while their parents are away. Your main objective will be to ensure the safety and well‑being of the children under your supervision.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in a professional and nurturing manner.
• Create a safe and stimulating environment for the children.
• Follow the daily routine set by the parents.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
• Engage in age‑appropriate activities with the children such as games, crafts and outdoor play.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and toys.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities, concerns or any other important information.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of child development stages and behavior management techniques.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Reliable, trustworthy and patient nature.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary

This is a contract position with a salary of 1,800$ per month.
