Divine Home is looking for an energetic, service-oriented real estate professional fluent in Dutch and English to engage prospective buyers and convert interest into scheduled viewings. You will work with an international team across Portugal, including Algarve locations, delivering high-quality service to international clients.

The role offers a full-time contract with a fixed salary plus an attractive commission structure, along with company phone and innovative tools to support efficient work

Qualificações

• Native/Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Commercial, proactive attitude and target-driven mindset.
• Real estate experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Profile prospective buyers and understand their needs and timeline.
• Identify mortgage/financial advice needs and plan viewings.
• Direct warm leads toward scheduled viewing appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Client Profiling: Actively listen to prospective buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and timeline.
• Advisory & Qualification: Identify mortgage/financial advice needs and establish concrete travel plans for viewings.
• Lead Conversion: Proactively guide warm leads toward scheduled viewing appointments.
• Agent Collaboration: Partner closely with estate agents to curate matching properties, organize viewing schedules, and support on-site logistics.
• Relationship Nurturing: Re-engage clients who didn't buy immediately, keeping them updated on new listings to secure future viewings.
