Dapper is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Lisbon. You’ll turn ideas into visual stories and help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency in the world, delivering impactful visuals across digital channels.

With 3+ years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio, you’ll master Illustrator and InDesign, and you may add After Effects, UX/UI work, and Figma to your toolkit. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, project managers and marketers to ensure on-brand

Qualificações

• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your designs.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and InDesign.
• Ability to work on design tasks with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
