About the Role:

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking B2B Customer Support Specialist to join our clients dynamic international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be supporting business clients (not individual consumers) by providing excellent service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional support to business customers via email, chat, and phone in Spanish and English.

  • Handle inquiries, technical issues, and account management for B2B clients.

  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of client requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and service quality.

  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the system.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 or higher).

  • Previous experience in customer support or account management, ideally in a B2B environment.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
