Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of B2B graphic design experience within financial services, asset management, wealth management, fintech, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, presentation, editorial, and data-driven design, including financial content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• Expertise in typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and information design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Creative Director to translate concepts into polished, high-quality visual designs across digital, print, presentation, and campaign work.
• Design a broad range of materials, including PowerPoint presentations, digital advertising, social graphics, campaign assets, and brand collateral.
• Create investment-focused content such as market commentaries, white papers, thought leadership reports, infographics, charts, and executive presentations.
• Translate complex investment concepts and data into clear, engaging visuals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketers, Writers, and subject matter experts to ensure key messages are communicated effectively.
• Apply iCapital's visual identity consistently and elevate production quality.
• Manage multiple projects with tight timelines and maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure visual consistency.
• Contribute ideas during creative development and brainstorming sessions.
• Stay current on design trends and tools to strengthen execution.
