São requisitos a certificação Bertha para testes de veículos autónomos, carta de condução Classe C com registo limpo e pelo menos 3 anos de experiência, e ter 21 anos ou mais; além de disponibilidade para turnos variáveis, incluindo noites e fins de semana.

Qualificações

• Bertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing.
• Valid Class C driver's license with a clean record and at least 3 years of experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis; excellent judgment, focus, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operar e monitorizar veículos autónomos com foco na segurança e desempenho do sistema.
• Fornecer observações em tempo real e registar anomalias usando ferramentas dedicadas.
• Interagir com passageiros de ride-hailing como parte da experiência AV.
• Executar testes de rota em ambientes variados, incluindo cidade e autoestradas.
• Assegurar conformidade com os protocolos Bertha e padrões de integridade de dados.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support our autonomous vehicle projects. The Bertha certification indicates a high level of competence in real-world vehicle testing, system awareness, and public interaction—critical for gathering meaningful data and maintaining a safe AV experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles with a focus on safety and system performance
• Provide real-time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software tools
• Engage with ride-hailing passengers as part of the AV experience
• Execute route testing in diverse environments, including city and highway scenarios
• Ensure compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data integrity standards
• Generate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with engineering teams
• Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
