Job Description

Your contribution to something big: You will be part of an international agile development team focused on the development of automotive embedded software. As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of CI/CD practices into the software development lifecycle. You will contribute to improving development workflows through automation and process optimization, while providing support and guidance to team members on CI/CD tools and practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, integration, testing, and deployment processes. Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of CI/CD pipelines, supporting both development and operational requirements. Analyze existing development workflows and engineering processes, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with development, operations, Product Owners, and colleagues worldwide to align tooling and processes with product and organizational goals. Implement and promote best practices for Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps, contributing to increased productivity and software quality. Support the troubleshooting and resolution of pipeline, tooling, and deployment-related issues, ensuring stable and efficient development environments. Provide support and guidance to team members on CI/CD tools and practices.

Share responsibility for the quality and efficiency of software delivery by supporting team members, participating in peer reviews, and contributing expertise in automation and process improvement.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: Experience / Know-how Strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Hands‑on experience with automation and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Python. Solid understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps principles. Experience in build, test, deployment, and release automation. Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Experience troubleshooting and resolving build, deployment, and integration issues. Familiarity with version control, branching strategies, and code quality practices. Working Style & Methods Proactive, pragmatic, and open-minded approach. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Self‑organized with a strong sense of accountability. Comfortable working within an agile, cross‑functional, and international team environment.
