A McKinsey Portugal está à procura de profissionais com experiência em tecnologia e IA para liderar obras com clientes em vários setores. O papel envolve trabalho próximo com clientes, desenvolvimento de soluções baseadas em dados e IA, e participação em transformações digitais de alto impacto.

É essencial ter formação avançada, pelo menos 4 anos na área e fortes competências analíticas, de comunicação em inglês e espanhol, e disponibilidade para viagens.

Qualificações

• Grau avançado em área técnica, científica ou economia/gestão.
• Pelo menos 4 anos de experiência em tecnologia, IA ou transformação digital.
• Capacidade analítica e de tomada de decisão baseada em dados.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar com clientes para criar valor escalável através de tecnologia e IA.
• Desenhar soluções para desafios estratégicos atuais, conduzindo transformações de longo prazo.
• Trabalhar no terreno com clientes, maximizando o potencial de dados e IA.
• Contribuir para soluções inovadoras através de pesquisa, análise de dados, entrevistas e sessões de ideação.

Your Impact

You will join a consulting team and take ownership of a specific project workstream. You will work closely with our clients to create scalable value through technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our clients include some of the world's most influential organizations, ranging from large global corporations to innovative start‑ups.

You will tackle significant challenges while accelerating your professional growth. You will design solutions for today's most critical strategic challenges, driving long‑term transformations. You will work side‑by‑side on‑site with our clients, helping them maximize the potential of data and AI to solve critical business problems, refine their strategies, and execute complex transformations.

You will develop AI‑driven solutions, modernize technology infrastructures, optimize and automate processes, drive digital growth, and empower teams to effectively adopt AI and digital technologies.

Together with your clients and McKinsey colleagues, you will combine research, data analysis, interviews, and ideation sessions to generate valuable insights and design innovative solutions.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced university degree in a technical, scientific, or business/economics discipline.
• 4+ years of professional experience in the technology sector or specialized technology, Artificial Intelligence, or digital transformation roles within other industries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for data‑driven, fact‑based decision making and structured logical reasoning.
• Outstanding academic and professional track record, with notable achievements both within and outside of studies.
• Ability to develop high‑quality project materials such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, articles, or other high‑impact written documents.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, including the capacity to approach and complete tasks autonomously.
• Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at times.
• Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.G., factories, hospitals, mines).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with excellent fluency in both Spanish and English.
