Intermedia is a leading provider of cloud communications and collaboration tech in Portugal seeking an engineer to contribute to VoIP, SIP and IP networking initiatives. The role involves analyzing configuration docs, implementing changes for new phone models, and creating guides for development, QA, and support teams.

You will work on analytics, performance profiling, and provisioning server improvements while following solid OOP practices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• A degree or relevant technical education in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of VoIP, SIP and IP networking.
• An interest in IP phones, endpoint devices and device configuration.
• Basic programming skills in a language.
• Basic familiarity with Linux and command-line tools.
• A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of VoIP and device provisioning.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze phone configuration documentation and create integration specifications for Intermedia's Call Server requirements.
• Implement and validate changes to support new and updated phone models.
• Create and maintain technical configuration guides for internal development, QA and support teams.
• Implement analytics and usage metrics and perform profiling and performance optimization of the phone provisioning server.
• Maintain high-quality, maintainable code following OOP principles.
