Job Description
  • Daily supervision of points of sale, in order to guarantee the maximization of results and ensure that the organization\'s policies and values are adhered to by the entire team;
  • Supervision of all operational transactions, evaluating and certifying that they all meet the needs of customers and seek personalized service as a standard of service in their stores;
  • Definition of objectives and optimization of action plans for each point of sale, ensuring compliance with the KPI\'s defined by the organization;
  • Manage, recruit and train the Store teams, being side by side with them, motivating them and looking for their evolution;
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master in the area of Management/ Food Engineering;
  • With Professional Experience;
  • Fluency in the spoken/written (qualifying) or French (preferred) English language;
  • High sense of responsibility, rigor and analytical capacity;
  • Good ability to manage time and stress;
  • Ability to manage work plans and meet deadlines;
  • Driving license required;
  • Residence in Funchal;
