The ideal candidate will define system architectures, capture and manage requirements, and ensure alignment between customer needs, business objectives, regulatory obligations and technical implementation for Addvolt electrification solutions. This role requires a strong systems-thinking mindset, structured problem-solving and the ability to collaborate across Product Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Software teams throughout the product development.
