SteelAxis in Braga, Portugal, is seeking an Architecture Manager for a full-time role with a monthly salary of 1500$ and accommodation provided. You will oversee all architectural projects from concept to completion, lead a team of architects, designers and engineers, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field and at least 5 years of architecture management experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of architecture management experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software.
• Strong leadership and team motivation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of architects, designers and engineers on various projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project.
• Review and approve design concepts, drawings and specifications.
• Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations and codes.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Communicate updates and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues or concerns.
