OceanWave Maritime in Funchal, Portugal, seeks an Architecture Manager to lead a team of architects, collaborate with clients, and drive projects from concept through construction. You will create timelines, budgets and resource plans while ensuring compliance with local codes and delivering high‑quality drawings, models and presentations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, 5+ years in a managerial capacity, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role in architecture or construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant design software.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package of 900$ per month for this position.

Location

This position is based in Funchal, Portugal. We are open to candidates from any nationality as long as they have the required qualifications and experience.

Note

This position includes free visa sponsorship for international candidates. We also provide a one-time ticket allowance for relocation expenses.
