InstaCreative India in Porto, Portugal is seeking an Architectural Technologist to assist architects on a variety of residential and commercial projects. You will contribute to design development, prepare drawings, and create 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.

The role requires a degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology and at least two years of experience, with strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods. Collaboration with contractors and timely delivery are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other design software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with architects in the development of building plans, elevations and sections.
• Conduct site surveys and produce accurate measurements and drawings.
• Prepare detailed specifications for materials and construction methods.
• Work closely with contractors to ensure designs are implemented correctly and efficiently.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate 3D models and drawings.
