Profession Architectural Technologist City Porto Portugal We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Porto Portugal As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects including creating detailed technical drawings and models

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop architectural designs
• Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design CAD software
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications
• Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
• Utilize knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into designs
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure project success

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary: This is a part-time role with a salary of $1600 per month

Location: The position is located in Porto Portugal
