Tekever in Porto seeks a Mechanical/Electronics Engineer to drive the development and optimization of the AR3 platform, translating customer needs into robust engineering solutions and guiding changes from concept to production.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Manufacturing and Quality, working with autonomy and contributing to the continuous evolution of AR3 while supporting the growth of teammates. Tekever offers a competitive salary, meal allowance and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• +
• 5+ years of professional experience in product development and continuous improvement, preferably in complex physical products, aerospace, UAVs, automotive or similar industries.
• Experience delivering products from concept to production and adapting to customer requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, autonomy and technical decision-making skills.
• Fluent English is essential; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive development and optimization of the AR3 and implement product improvements.
• Translate customer needs into engineering solutions and ensure feasibility.
• Analyse product requirements, specifications and standards.
• Develop product changes from concept through prototyping, testing and production.
• Identify and solve complex technical problems with robust root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Manufacturing and Quality.
• Act as a technical reference and evolve the AR3 platform.
• Work with autonomy while mentoring less experienced teammates.
