Checkmarx ищет руководителя команды исследований в области кибербезопасности, чтобы возглавлять распределённую команду специалистов по исследованиям в Португалии и Израиле.

Ваша задача — определить операционную модель, KPI/OKR, дорожную карту исследований и обеспечить рост сотрудников, обучение и эффективное взаимодействие с другими командами. Опыт лидирования в области security-исследований, знание языков и способность работать в динамичной среде обязаны.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта на позиции лидера команды/менеджера инженерного/исследовательского направления
• Опыт работы с асинхронной методологией и развитием персонала
• Опыт определения KPI/OKR, роадмапов и приоритизации в исследовательском или инженерном контексте
• Сильные организационные навыки, умение координировать удалённую команду
• Культурная осведомлённость и способность строить сплочённость в разнородных командах
• Профессиональный опыт в области security исследования, веб‑пентестинга, безопасной разработки или аналогичных областях
• Знакомство с методологиями разработки ПО
• Хорошие знания языков программирования как интерпретируемых, так и компилируемых
• Способность быстро осваивать новые языки и технологии
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и способность работать над совместными решениями
• Умение работать с несколькими приоритетами в условиях быстрого темпа
• Свободное владение английским языком (письмо и речь)

Responsibilities

• Руководить распределённой командой исследователей по безопасности в Португалии и Израиле
• Определять операционную модель команды, оценку усилий, распределение ресурсов, приоритизацию и планирование мощности
• Определять и отслеживать KPI/OKR команды и её участников, ставить цели и регулярно оценивать прогресс
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать дорожную карту исследовательской работы в рамках группы Security Research и продуктовой стратегии
• Проводить асинхронные митинги и процедуры: документацию принятых решений и передачи ответственности
• Содействовать непрерывному улучшению через ретроспективы и сбор обратной связи
• Поддерживать рост сотрудников через 1:1, планы карьерного пути и обзоры эффективности
• Содействовать инклюзивной и надежной культуре в разных локациях
• Руководить исследовательскими инициативами в области прикладной безопасности и ИИ-безопасности; оценивать риски и возможности для улучшения продуктов
• Сотрудничать и координировать работу с другими командами Security Research
• Помогать Product Managers и консультировать разработчиков по темам безопасности приложений
• Проводить обзор и анализ аспектов безопасности языков программирования и экосистем

• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of security researchers across Portugal and Israel
• Own the team's operating model, including effort estimation, resource allocation, prioritization, and capacity planning
• Define and track team and individual KPIs and OKRs, set measurable goals, and review progress regularly
• Build and maintain the team's research roadmap in alignment with the Security Research group and product strategy
• Run async-first team rituals, including written updates, documented decisions, and structured handoffs
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and iterative refinement of team practices
• Support team members' growth through regular 1:1s, career-path planning, skills development, and performance reviews
• Foster an inclusive, high-trust team across locations
• Lead research initiatives in application security, AI security, and emerging technologies; assess risks and identify opportunities to improve products and security capabilities
• Collaborate and coordinate with other teams in the Security Research group
• Support Product Managers across product units and consult developers on application security topics
• Review and research security aspects of programming languages, technologies, and ecosystems
• Review and analyze vulnerable code across languages and frameworksDesign solutions and features based on application security expertise to advance Checkmarx products

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience as a Team Leader, Engineering Manager, or Research Manager
• Experience leading teams using asynchronous working methodsTrack record of continuous improvement and people development, including supporting career paths and helping team members grow
• Experience defining and managing KPIs/OKRs, roadmaps, and prioritization in a research or engineering context
• Strong organization skills, including structuring work, managing dependencies, and aligning a distributed team
• Cultural awareness and ability to build cohesion across geographically and culturally diverse teams
• Professional security experience in security research, web application penetration testing, secure development, secure code review, or similar fields
• Familiarity with software development and related methodologies
• Solid programming knowledge across interpreted and compiled languages
• Ability to independently learn new programming languages and technologies
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and innovation
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient English, including written communication and oral presentations
