Job summary

Qualifications

• Detailed functional documentation of features and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum environments.
• Ability to align and coordinate developers and testers in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to explain complex processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Model, map and design application requirements including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operational requirements.
• Work with Transformation and Innovation teams to define PBIs and maintain product backlogs.
• Carry out functional assessments during project initiation, including design, cost estimate and high-level execution plan.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams during sprint execution to ensure delivery aligned with objectives.
• Keep functional information up to date and support training after UATs.
• Act as the bridge between customer needs and technical teams to optimize processes.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement and solution quality.
