Kyndryl Inc. is hiring an Application Consultant to drive modernization and digital transformation for diverse clients. You’ll translate stakeholder needs into implementable requirements and guide customers through evolution of their applications.

The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams, leveraging BA methods to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in application development and deployment.
• 5+ years in application migration and modernization.
• 5+ years in application architecture, middleware and data experience.
• Variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networking.
• Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration.
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Lead modernization initiatives by translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with application architects and developers to plan design and implementation.
