THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Support for a national project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Provide first-class support to all system users in a timely and efficient manner;
• Liaise with developers to communicate business issues and follow up on resolutions;
• Manage incidents, changes, requests, and problems using ITIL-approved methodologies;
• Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions;
• Reconfigure system setups to improve efficiency and meet business needs;
• Prepare environments for releases and ensure successful implementation and testing;
• Support Tier 1 (business-critical) systems, balancing operational support with project work;
• Assist with overnight batch processes that perform end-of-day revaluations and scenario analyses for market risk.

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in similar roles;
• Expert knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Windows environments;
• Experience with Dynatrace, $Universe/Univiewer, or similar enterprise schedulers;
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle;
• Strong skills in Python and other scripting languages for automation and process improvement;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
