We are looking for an Amazing: Application Support

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: Hybrid from Lisbon. Candidates must already be in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Fluency in English
• At least 4 years of IT experience, with 3 in technical support
• Experience in SQL programming
• Experience in scripting languages (PowerShell/Shell Scripting)
• Professional experience with Windows and/or Linux infrastructures
• Based in Lisbon
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit required

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you’ll have (plus):

• Experience in incident resolution and problem management (ITIL is a plus)
• Knowledge of C# and Java programming languages (nice-to-have)
