Project

We are looking for a professional to join the application support team, with a special focus on the analysis, maintenance, and evolution of API integrations between internal and external systems. This role is ideal for those who enjoy solving technical problems, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring the reliability of applications in a production environment.

Role
  • Ticket management and customer communication via email, ensuring effective technical support.
  • Making requests for information and tests through Postman, using XML and JSON formats.
  • Error analysis and technical troubleshooting in system integrations.
  • Recording and tracking tickets on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to resolve incidents and continuously improve processes.
We are looking for
  • Previous experience in technical or application support (level 2).
  • Solid knowledge of APIs and data formats (XML, JSON).
  • Familiarity with Postman for testing and validating API calls.
  • Ability to analyze logs and error messages.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Good written communication skills and customer focus.
