THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Production Support – 100% on-site for a national project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Oversee and manage the Close of Business (COB) process in the Transact production environment, addressing any issues or errors that arise, and ensuring the system operates in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • L1 – Monitor, respond to, and resolve user queries and minor technical issues. Perform first‑line diagnostics, maintain the knowledge base, and document common issues and their resolutions. Ensure adherence to SLA requirements.
  • L2 – Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. Collaborate with L3 and interface teams, perform root cause analysis, and manage patches and upgrades. Support batch processing, reconciliations, and end‑of‑day operations. Work closely with infrastructure, database, and security teams to maintain system integrity and ensure compliance with BNP IT governance and audit standards.
  • Facilitate the resolution of logged tickets by conducting a thorough analysis of each case and keeping stakeholders informed through appropriate communication channels at every stage of the resolution process, ultimately delivering a satisfactory solution.
  • Respond to inquiries and clarification requests from Operations and Users.
What We're Looking For
  • Professional experience in similar roles.
  • Experience with Banking L1/L2 support.
  • Proficiency in banking streams – Retail Banking, Treasury Operations, Wealth Securities & Corporate Actions Processing, Payments (TPH), Financial Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of RTB (Run the Bank) operations, production support, and incident management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Shell scripting, and log analysis.
  • Familiarity with banking interfaces, APIs, and middleware.
  • Exposure to cloud environment support.
  • Availability to work 100% on‑site.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).
