Siemens Mobility is seeking an Application Manager for Cybersecurity, Compliance and Application Governance. You will coordinate delivery, manage performance metrics, and act as the main liaison with providers to ensure secure, efficient app lifecycles from deployment to retirement.

The role emphasizes ITIL-based processes, risk analyses, and cross‑functional collaboration across IT and business units. A hybrid work setup and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment across management levels.
• Knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management and service delivery disciplines.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently and proactively.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL principles; DevOps, Cyber Security and Agile methodologies are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Application Delivery and supervise service performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs, costs).
• Support strategies to improve service quality, efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Act as primary contact for service providers and coordinate alignment with business needs.
• Build strong relationships with IT units, stakeholders and providers to ensure alignment with goals.
• Facilitate cross-department communication to address challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure applications operate securely and efficiently from deployment to retirement.
• Collaborate with development and infra teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Analyze usage trends and implement enhancements to improve functionality.
• Establish best practices for application management and automation.
• Evaluate processes for cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Provide insights to enhance application resilience and document mitigation measures.
• Create and maintain protection risk analyses and ensure alignment to regulatory standards.
