99x is seeking an Application Architect to define and govern solution architectures for large-scale enterprise applications in Lisbon. You will design functional and technical architectures, produce implementation-ready specifications, and lead technical delivery with cloud-native and microservices principles.

Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders, you will ensure security, quality, and compliance with architectural standards.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in software engineering or solution architecture.
• Proven experience designing enterprise architectures.
• Deep knowledge of application and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with security (IAM, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT) and CD/DevOps.
• Fluency in English.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing functional and technical architectures, producing implementation-ready specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of modern, scalable solutions. You will work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with architectural standards, security requirements, and software quality principles.

The role combines solution architecture, software engineering, and technical leadership, with a strong focus on cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.
