Candidates should have a degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in shared service centers is preferred. Responsabilidades

• Electronic payment processing via BACs.
• Instigate and resolve invoice queries.
• Maintain acceptable prepayments and debit balances.
• Prepare monthly closing reports.
• Perform ad-hoc payables related tasks.

Currently, we are looking for AP Payments Team Member to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Electronic payment processing via BACs of third party and/or Intercompany invoices within strict deadlines in multi-operator Thales companies
• Instigate / resolve invoice queries
• Maintain prepayments and debit balances at an acceptable level
• Monthly closing reports and routines with strict deadlines
• Ad-hoc Payables related tasks - as and when required

About You:

• Graduated in Accounting, Management, Economics (or in a similar area)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience of working for a large and complex organisation - Shared Service Centre environment (preferable)
• Good knowledge of P2P processes acquired in an international company (preferable)
• Good knowledge of English
