A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an Animal Health B2B – Account Executive based in Porto. The ideal candidate will manage key client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and collaboration across multiple departments. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the Animal Health sector. This position offers a hybrid working model and encourages diverse applicants.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team within the Animal Health B2B Customer Accounts function at Chanelle Pharma. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with departments such as Business Development, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and Quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
This role reports directly to the Commercial Operations Manager.
Location: This role can be based in our Loughrea or Porto officesand is eligible for our hybrid working policy (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after passing 6 months probation period.
