Findmore Consulting S.A. is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead for Angular development to drive workflows and applications supporting business goals in a collaborative, Agile environment.

You will lead Angular activities within an international DevOps team and help evolve corporate platforms with scalable solutions. Ideal candidates have strong Angular expertise, hands-on experience with Angular 14+, and a proven track record in defining architectural patterns and coding standards.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as Tech Lead on an Angular project.
• 5+ years professional experience with Angular.
• Hands-on Angular 14+ and advanced framework features.
• Experience identifying and implementing architectural patterns and coding standards.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, develop, and operate workflows and applications supporting business objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate their needs into innovative and effective solutions.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient applications within an Agile environment.
• Lead Angular development activities within an international DevOps team.
• Maintain and enhance corporate platforms by developing new functionalities and improving existing solutions.
• Cover the full software development lifecycle, including specification, design, implementation, testing, and bug fixing.
• Contribute to requirements gathering and business process engineering.
• Implement functional and non-functional change requests.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and application bugs to ensure reliable operations.
• Define and promote appropriate architectural patterns and coding standards.
• Support automated deployments through GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• Analyze, develop, and operate workflows and applications supporting business objectives
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate their needs into innovative and effective solutions
• Design and implement scalable and efficient applications within an Agile environment
• Lead Angular development activities within an international DevOps team
• Maintain and enhance corporate platforms by developing new functionalities and improving existing solutions
• Cover the full software development lifecycle, including specification, design, implementation, testing, and bug fixing
• Contribute to requirements gathering and business process engineering
• Implement functional and non-functional change requests
• Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and application bugs to ensure reliable operations
• Define and promote appropriate architectural patterns and coding standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead in an Angular project
• 5+ years of professional experience with Angular
• 5+ years focused on Angular development
• Hands-on experience with Angular 14+
• Confident use of advanced Angular framework features and capabilities
• Experience identifying and implementing architectural patterns and coding standards
• Experience working with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of AWS cloud technologies and services, such as Aurora and Lambda

Other Requirements:

• Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
• Customer focus and service delivery;
• Availability to work in EU.
