TALEO Consulting Group in Lisbon is seeking an ALM Treasury Analyst to join a leading international bank. You will help ensure liquidity and risk are properly managed, overseeing assets and liabilities and monitoring interest rate exposure in the banking book.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Back Office, and P&L teams, support system migrations, and contribute to control and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic treasury function.

Qualifikationen

• Experience or strong knowledge of operations and processes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English (expert level).
• Team player, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Results-driven, with the ability to deliver.

Aufgaben

• Ensure that all deals are correctly interfaced across systems and book all events related to the trade life cycle
• Minimise operational and fraud risks by performing comprehensive and regular controls within the control framework
• Keep processes up to date and ensure production support
• Maintain ongoing interaction with relevant stakeholders (Front Office, Back Office, P&L teams, among others)
• Support projects with organisation, IT and Business Management teams, such as new product launches, new activities, workflows and systems
