What You’ll Do

We are looking for an AI Product Engineer Intern to join our AI & Automation Factory team!

This internship is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to kick-start their career in AI, automation, and product engineering within a fast-paced, innovative, and international environment.

You will help shape and prototype next-generation agentic AI solutions that accelerate the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Working alongside experienced Product Leads, Tech Leads, developers, and business stakeholders, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to modern AI frameworks, prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, and AI-powered engineering practices.

In this role, you will:

• Support the discovery and translation of business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Build rapid prototypes using agentic AI solutions to validate ideas and accelerate innovation.
• Assist in creating AI-powered SDLC artifacts, including requirements, designs, code, tests, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, learning from senior experts while growing your technical and product skills.
• Contribute ideas and continuous improvement initiatives to help streamline engineering workflows and enhance team productivity.

This is a unique opportunity to develop practical experience with cutting-edge AI technologies while growing into an autonomous contributor within the AI & Automation Factory.

Who We’re Looking For

To thrive in this internship, these skills and traits will help you succeed:

• Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Coursework or personal projects involving automation, AI, or process improvement is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English.
