Bauer Media Audio – Portugal is seeking a backend developer to design and deliver scalable digital solutions. The role involves full stack development, AI-powered features integration, and collaboration across teams. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or similar, with solid backend and API development experience. This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon, featuring 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Additional benefits include psychotherapy sessions and meal allowance.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• Experience building and consuming APIs in production environments.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in using AI tools to support software engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain backend services and APIs supporting digital platforms and products.
• Contribute to solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance and maintainability.
• Support and guide engineering teams in adopting AI tools and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including innovation and experimentation.
