TeamViewer seeks an AI governance specialist to drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform across the business. You will partner with stakeholders, translate challenges into practical AI solutions, and deliver governance frameworks, security controls, and enablement programs.

You will provide operational support, guide ALM and release processes, and help teams maximize value from AI while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business informatics, CS or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform & 365 technologies.
• Strong governance, security, and compliance know-how for AI systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive governance, management, and adoption of Microsoft AI tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI/automation use cases with business value.
• Advise teams on effective use of Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Provide operational support and incident management for Copilot services.
• Develop governance frameworks, procedures, and training materials.
• Enforce governance standards and data protection policies.
• Monitor platform health, adoption, and KPIs; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with IT security, Legal, and infrastructure teams.
