Sovos is seeking a senior technical leader to shape the AI Platform with a focus on LLMOps, enabling scalable, responsible AI across our products. You will drive architecture, tooling, and practices that guide multiple engineering teams.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, supervise model evaluation, prompts, and observability, and partner with CTO office to prioritize roadmap and growth. This role offers hybrid work with a Navi Mumbai office and remote options.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on work with LLM-based or agentic AI systems in production.
• Experience guiding or leading engineers, through formal or informal leadership.
• Strong architectural instincts and ability to defend design decisions that others will build on.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI coding assistants and agentic development tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to keep LLMOps coherent as models/tools evolve.
• Guide AI Platform team on model selection, evaluation, prompts, observability, and cost governance.
• Set technical direction for deploying and monitoring LLM-based and agentic systems in production.
• Establish standards and guardrails for prompt engineering and responsible AI usage across teams.
• Own health of LLMOps tooling and observability, and assess build-vs-buy options.
