Roland Berger invites you to join our AI Lab to design, automate, and operate secure cloud infrastructure for GenAI applications in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. You will build CI/CD and IaC foundations, enable safe model fine‑tuning pipelines, and ensure service readiness with SLOs, cost controls, and performance guardrails across Azure, AWS and GCP.

The team works with Architects and Backend engineers to productionize AI workloads and deliver reliable, scalable cloud platforms.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of DevOps/SRE on Azure, AWS or GCP; deep Azure expertise.
• Strong CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) skills.
• Proven Kubernetes, containers and secure production ops experience.
• Observability, incident management and cloud operations experience.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, MLOps, GenAI platforms and workloads.
• Clear English communication and the ability to mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate the cloud platform powering Roland Berger's AI and GenAI solutions.
• Design secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure with a focus on Azure.
• Establish platform standards for automation, governance, security, reliability, and cost management.
• Enable and operate AI workloads, including LLM applications, agentic systems, and machine learning services.
• Drive observability, operational excellence, and enterprise-grade service reliability.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to turn innovative AI solutions into production-ready products.
