Inetum is seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional in Portugal to lead platform implementations with strong governance, focusing on Field Service and Project Operations, backed by relevant certifications and fluent English.

You will collaborate across teams to design, configure, test, go-live, and continuously improve the Dynamics 365 platform in complex enterprise environments, ensuring adherence to standards and scalability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technology-related fields.
• Must hold relevant and up-to-date Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, namely focused on Field Service and Project Operations.
• Additional certifications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform are considered a strong asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• Proven experience in enterprise implementations, from solution design through go-live.
• Fluent in English.

Job Description

The ideal professional for this role combines strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, advanced expertise in Field Service and Project Operations, relevant Microsoft certifications, and fluent English. This role is key to ensuring high-quality implementations, strong governance, and the sustainable evolution of the Dynamics 365 platform in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Platform Implementation and Governance

• Define implementation guidance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Ensure a fit-to-standard approach across all Microsoft Dynamics projects
• Define and support governance guidelines for Microsoft Dynamics
• Support architectural decisions related to Field Service and Project Operations

Delivery, Support, and Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and configure the platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Field Service and Project Operations implementations
• Support testing phases and go-live activities
• Provide post-production support and continuous improvement of the platform

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technology-related fields
• The candidate must hold relevant and up-to-date Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, namely:
  • Dynamics 365 (With focus on Field Service and Project Operations)
  • Power Platform / Solution Architect
• Additional certifications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform are considered a strong asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
• Proven experience in enterprise implementations, from solution design through go-live
• Participation in complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience working in environments with strong governance and quality standards
• Advanced expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Strong ability to apply standard Dynamics capabilities to real business scenarios
• Experience with CRM, Project Management, and Asset Management processes
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
• Ability to define and enforce platform standards and best practices
• Experience working across development, test, and production environments
• Strong understanding of fit-to-standard principles in Dynamics implementations
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other corporate systems
• Ability to support continuous platform evolution and improvement post go-live
• Experience defining governance guidelines for Microsoft Dynamics platforms
• Fluent in English
