SoSafe, Europe's leading human risk management company, is seeking builders to ship AI-native cybersecurity products from day zero. This hybrid Lisbon-based role offers rapid prototyping, tight customer feedback loops, and ownership of product outcomes.

You’ll work with TypeScript, React, Node, and AWS to ship fast and learn fast. We value zero-to-one experience, autonomy, and a bias for action over process, with strong collaboration and a willingness to experiment in a fast-growing security

Qualifications

• You've shipped a product from0 to1 by taking an idea to working software.
• You embrace AI-native tooling and rapid prototyping in product work.
• You own outcomes and can justify product decisions with impact.

Responsibilities

• Own a product problem end to end: framing, prototyping, production.
• Move in short cycles: days/weeks, not quarters; ship working software.
• Own the feedback loop: interact with customers, learn, and iterate fast.
