Job summary

Samlino Group is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to drive deployment of AI solutions and bridge AI research with software engineering and product teams. You will design scalable AI workflows, ensure model and system alignment with business goals, and collaborate with developers to deliver high-impact projects.

The role involves traveling across our markets from Lisbon, with a home base in Sunny Lisbon, and regular on-site collaboration to implement cutting-edge AI across platforms.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese and English required.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks and cloud platforms is desirable.
• Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and microservices is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across markets and work across locations.

• take a front-row seat to the agentic revolution, working with frontier LLMs and advanced autonomous frameworks like OpenClaw to build AI that actually acts
• lead the deployment and integration of artificial intelligence solutions
• bridge the gap between AI research, software engineering, and product implementation
• ensure that AI models and systems are successfully adapted

• Fluency in Portuguese and English and an EU work permit is required.
