Jobgether is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First (Java, Angular) in a fully remote setup based in Portugal. You will work across the full stack with Java/Spring Boot backend and Angular/TypeScript frontend, driving architecture decisions and cloud deployments in an autonomous team.

You will apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while upholding security and reliability for global compliance data.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript, across frontend and backend.
• Practical experience or strong interest in AI-assisted and agentic software development, including prompt engineering or AI coding assistants.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and apply sound engineering judgment before production use.
• Experience with end-to-end software delivery including architecture, cloud environments, deployment, and lifecycle ownership.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the development and evolution of product features within an autonomous engineering team.
• Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Apply AI-first development practices using AI agents to accelerate implementation and improve productivity.
• Architect, review, and validate AI-assisted code for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for applications from design to cloud deployment and ongoing improvements.
