Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon seeks a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop and improve automated testing frameworks using Robot Framework and Python, with AI-assisted tooling to accelerate test creation.

You will work in a collaborative environment, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to test strategy with a focus on reliability and efficiency. 3–4 years of hands-on experience is expected.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of experience in test automation with Robot Framework and Python.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools (e.g., Claude Code).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Write clean Python scripts and Robot Framework libraries to extend capabilities.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate test creation and intelligence; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
