Sword Health is seeking an Ai-Driven SOC Lead to establish and steer the Security Operations Center. You will own detection, investigation, and response to threats across Sword's infrastructure and protect 700,000+ members.

You will set SIEM architecture direction, develop incident response playbooks, mentor SOC engineers, and drive automation and AI-powered security operations at enterprise scale in collaboration with engineering, IT, legal and executives.
