Job summary

Jobbex IT in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Senior SDLC Specialist to lead AI-assisted software development lifecycle transformations. You will redesign requirements, architecture, coding, testing, security, and release processes while creating reusable workflows and Golden Paths for AI-enabled engineering.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, and Testing teams; lead pilots, measure outcomes, and scale successful practices across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SDLC transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and engineering agents.
• Experience shaping operating models, processes, and ways of working.
• A track record of leading change, running pilots, and scaling adoption.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity about the evolving AI engineering landscape.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Define how AI and human teams work together across the software development lifecycle.
• Redesign processes for requirements, architecture, coding, testing, security, and release.
• Create reusable workflows, guidelines, and Golden Paths for AI-assisted engineering.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, and Testing teams.
• Lead pilots, measure results, and scale successful practices across teams.
• Define adoption, productivity, quality, and developer experience metrics.
• Track developments in AI coding tools and agentic workflows.
