Philip Morris International is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the Microsoft 365 platform architecture, governance guardrails, and secure adoption across SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. You will shape the platform roadmap, ensure scalable and compliant designs, and align with the organization's AI strategy, including Copilot readiness and agent integration.

The role blends deep technical expertise with clear communication to both technical and executive audiences,

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
3–5 years with Microsoft 365; strong content collaboration and productivity knowledge.
2–4 years in solution architecture.
Experience with enterprise-scale tenant governance and complex stakeholder environments.
Copilot readiness and governance experience.
Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

Define and steward M365 platform reference architecture and guardrails.
Own SharePoint Online storage and lifecycle architecture.
Act as architectural authority for information discovery and data governance.
Collaborate to enhance usability, security, data classification and publishing policies.
Validate major changes, lead PoCs and pilots, document designs.
Lead AI enablement and adoption for M365, including Copilot.
Define AI-ready collaboration guardrails and permissions hygiene.
Serve as senior architecture leader within agile product teams.
