Job summary

Inetum is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support an IT delivery team in Lisbon, in a hybrid setup. You will manage small IT projects and cross-system Change Requests across multiple technology areas. The role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver results in complex and evolving environments.

Fluency in English is required, and Spanish is valued. You will oversee scope, resources, timelines, and governance, contributing to transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of project management experience.
• Solid knowledge of Information Systems management.
• Experience with multi-system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish valued.
• Proficient with Office tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, plus SharePoint, Jira and Power BI.
• Autonomy in managing complex and stressful environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver small IT projects, defining scope, required resources, team organisation and timelines.
• Manage the full lifecycle of cross-system Change Requests, from analysis and planning through execution, testing and delivery.
• Assess technical and functional impacts and coordinate alignment across the teams involved.
• Monitor risks, issues and outstanding actions, maintaining an accurate view of project status.
• Support ongoing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote good IT governance and Change Management practices.
• Follow established project management standards and templates.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute to team improvement.
