Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking AI Content Quality Specialist to review digital content and AI outputs on-site in Lisbon. The role demands strong written German, solid judgement and a keen interest in generative AI.

You will apply quality guidelines, identify inaccurate or non-compliant material, and document findings. The position includes rotating 24/7 shifts and SHL assessment as part of the selection process.

Qualifications

• Native-level German with excellent written skills; C2 alone is not sufficient.
• English proficiency B2 or higher; B2+ or C1 preferred.
• Experience with AI annotation and data labeling required.
• Familiar with evaluating digital content and AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess digital content and AI outputs against quality guidelines.
• Identify inaccurate, inappropriate or non-compliant content.
• Apply annotation and evaluation criteria consistently.
• Make timely, well-reasoned decisions and document findings.
• Use evaluation platforms as part of daily work.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while following procedures.
