Formación

• Production experience with GCP.
• Experience operating GKE or other managed Kubernetes platforms.
• Solid fundamentals of distributed systems, networking, identity, data, failure modes and scalability.
• Hands-on IaC and CI/CD, ideally Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to write production-grade automation in Python, Go or TypeScript.
• Experience with containers, observability and incident investigation.
• Clear communication and product-minded thinking.
• Professional English.
• Pluses: multi-tenant SaaS, healthcare data, security/compliance familiarity, Portuguese or Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve Wilco's GCP architecture for 10-100x growth in traffic, customers and services.
• Own and improve GKE, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, networking, identity, secrets and deployment workflows.
• Build reliable CI/CD paths with safe rollouts, automated checks, fast rollback and deployment visibility.
• Create self-service, isolated environments for development, previews, integration tests and AI-agent work.
• Establish observability, alerts and incident practices to diagnose root causes.
• Improve security, tenant isolation, disaster recovery and operational readiness as Wilco grows.
• Collaborate with product and engineers to create reusable platform primitives.
• Utilize AI tools for automation, testing and documentation with human verification.
